On Thursday night, West Forsyth will line up across from the team that is responsible for two of their three losses this season.

Four runs separated the Titans from Reagan in the first two meetings. The third will be can't-miss softball.

By taking down East Forsyth 10-3, the Raiders earned an opportunity to sweep away the regular season and conference tournament titles.

A pair of four-run innings were highlighted by seven combined RBI from Kayden Goins, Lilah Clayman, and Kailey Burnette.

Caycee Wilson singled in a third inning run, and scored one of her own after Caroline Meyers went the other way with a base hit. Clayman tripled in a pair to put an exclamation mark on the frame.

East Forsyth answered back with a run in the top of the fourth.

Goins kick-started a two out rally in the Raider half of the inning to inflate the lead to 6-1. A double to center plated both Lindy Davidson and Bailey Huff.

Leading 6-3, Burnette broke up the floodgates with a three-run home run. Huff and Wilson followed with doubles to close out the 10-3 victory.

In the circle, Caycee and her sister Rylee managed to strike out six.

In the nightcap, West Forsyth battled back to earn a 6-3 win over Davie County.

The two sides traded runs for three straight innings. The Titans pushed across four in their half of the third, and it ended up being the difference.

Trailing 2-1, the first five West Forsyth batters reached to start the bottom of the third.

Sydney Horton led off the frame with a hustle double, and scored on a Morgan Maxwell single.

Madisen Barringer gave the Titans a lead that they would not relinquish following an RBI single to right. McKinley Wall kept the line moving with a two-run single to push the lead to 5-2.

Davie got a run back with a sacrifice bunt in the fourth, but Barringer had an answer with her second run-scoring single of the night.

Maxwell buckled down and finished strong, striking out seven in a complete game effort. The freshman only allowed two earned runs on six hits.

Thursday night's championship will take place at Glenn High School. The two teams enter with a combined record of 42-6 overall. Both played to a 12-2 record in league play, but the Raiders earned the top-seed in this week's tournament via head-to-head with West Forsyth.
